Who We Are

All the people who work for the Basingstoke and District Cats Protection are unpaid volunteers.  We do not have a dedicated shelter for temporary homing but volunteers who take the cats into their own homes and look after them until a home is found.  This includes the not so good jobs like cleaning litter trays and taking cats for medical treatment.

We currently consist of 14 volunteers followed by around 20 fosters who not only look after the cats but get involved with fund raising too.  We have sponsored events and regular fairs in order to raise money, more details of which can be found on the Events page.
